Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered. We request customers to review product details, quantities, and delivery information carefully before placing an order. Opened or consumed food items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Damaged or leaked package at the time of delivery
- Missing items in the order
To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and verify your complaint, Mumma Special will evaluate the issue. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in cases of:
- Taste preference or personal dislike
- Delay caused by courier partners beyond our control
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
