Return and Refund Policy

At Mumma Special, we strive to provide the best quality sweets to our customers. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s our policy:

  1. Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products (perishable sweets), we do not accept returns. Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned.

  2. Refunds: If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and offer a full refund or replacement.

  3. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. Please ensure the product is unopened and in its original packaging for refund requests.

  4. Process: To request a refund email us at with your order details and photographs of the damaged product.

  5. Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  6. Shipping policy – once the order is placed the order will be delivered with 1-2 working days…
  7. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for sweets products due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  8. Replacement will be done with in 1- 2 days..
