At Mumma Special, we strive to provide the best quality sweets to our customers. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s our policy:
Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products (perishable sweets), we do not accept returns. Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned.
Refunds: If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and offer a full refund or replacement.
Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. Please ensure the product is unopened and in its original packaging for refund requests.
Process: To request a refund email us at with your order details and photographs of the damaged product.
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
